Jana Kramer bio

Jana Kramer gained fame as an actress, singer of country music and songwriter, when she was a character in the TV show One Tree Hill. She played Alex during three of the season's final seasons. In episodes of the show she sang her debut country albums. Her album of the same name was ranked in the Billboard 200's Top 20. Thirty One, her follow-up album, released in 2015, climbed in the Top Ten. She finished out the decade with appearances on Dancing with the Stars and appearing in a variety of TV shows alongside a series of non-album singles. In 2021, she released The self-doubting Voices. Jana Rae Kramer was born and brought up within Rochester Hills Michigan. She was a child who listened to music from the country genre and eventually went on to make a go of it as a recording artist. However, she made her acting debut as a teenager in 2002's indie horror movie Dead/Undead. Her appearances were in guest spots in All My Children, CSI: NY and Friday Night Lights in the second season of the series 2007-2008. Kramer then appeared on 90210 for the character of Portia Randson between 2008 and 2009, as well as Brooke Manning for Entourage 2009. She then joined One Tree Hill's cast as Alex Dupre.
