Andree Martinez

Andree is a Mexican American who was born and raised within El Paso. She has entertainment gene within her family. She grew up in a family of entertainers and performers, which included her sister Karla Martinez, who hosts the Univision show Despierta America (1997)). When she was a young child and a member of the family, she has been immersed in television shows like Karla Martinez (Host of DespiertaAmerica on Univision)! Andrew Martinez is vice president of Safety Security and Business Resiliency at Southern California Edison (SCE), one of the largest electric utilities in the United States. He's responsible for the company's programs and activities which focus on worker safety, corporate security and business resiliency that are the top priorities for SCE. Martinez provides safety managers with support and education they need to achieve workgroup objectives in safety. Before assuming his current role Martinez was director of Safety Training and Compliance for Transmission & Distribution at SCE. Prior to that he served as director for Safety and Compliance for Power Supply and Operational Services at SCE. Through the 30 years that the company was in operation, Martinez was in various positions that were leadership positions in programs targeted to improve performance as well as corrections. They included roles with the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station SONGS which focused on protecting the safety of employees and public.
